Spanish Main Yacht Club is a condominium community located in Longboat Key, Florida. Built in 1966, there are 212 beach bungalows in the community plus a Club House, outdoor pool and marina on Sarasota Bay. Located less than 15 minutes from St. Armand's Circle and Sarasota. The cute boutiques and restaurants of Anna Maria Island are also just ten minutes north of Long Boat Key.

From the lanai, our 30' x 12' paver patio, complete with Weber grill and plenty of seating, provide the perfect spot to relax or enjoy a meal al fresco

An enclosed carport keeps the car cool. The closet holds beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other beach toys. In addition, the home features a brand new central Air Conditioning system, new roof and new hot water heater, all installed in 2021.
